Was great but less than great after merger with Corn Products - Research Associate Ingredion Employee Review

Larger corporate structure. More meaningless work and overloaded. Less caring of employee and added BS objectives. Workload has doubled with no increase in resources. Yearly objectives keep changing and are 50% BS. Difficult to achieve higher performance ratings given the ridiculous objectives that are handed down by management.
