Alot of negativity. Employee's talking about others behind their back. Drama drama drama. Service management lacks the drive or knowledge to lead a cutting edge service dept. No open door policy, no communication and no support. Management is too busy patting them self on the back, giving zero credit or incentive to those who really have the talent, knowledge and people person skills.
