Pros
Amazing insurance, good people, small company atmosphere. The company really knows how to reward hard working and committed employees. You're not just a number if you put in the work.
Cons
Calling in sick means you'll lose vacation hours. There's talk of changing this policy but it's still in effect as of right now (1/24).-The attendance policy is very strict (which isn't a problem by itself) but punching in a few minutes late means you'll lose a half point towards attendance.
