Our passion is creating great packaging, from the color-changing blue mountains we developed for Coors Light, to keeping food fresh longer for families across the country. Inland produces 26 billion labels every year for customers like MillerCoors, Procter & Gamble, AriZona and Nestlé. There is something different about Inland.
A leader in advanced packaging technology, Inland Packaging has an impressive track record. Over the last seven decades, we have expanded dramatically into new products and new markets. Our tradition of inquiry and problem-solving—plus our substantial investment in new technology—have expanded our capabilities and made our culture of innovation possible.
Long known as the premier label printer for the big beer brands and the entire craft brewing industry, Inland has risen to prominence in new categories such as in-mold labeling (IML) and smart packaging. We now work collaboratively with brand owners and industry partners to advance innovative, best-in-class solutions for food, beverage, and consumer product packaging.
Our history and our trajectory of success are points of pride, but they didn’t happen spontaneously. A solid work ethic is undoubtedly part of our success.
Other important elements about Inland’s character are harder to document, but in a word, Inland is family. It is a third-generation, family-owned company based in La Crosse, Wisconsin, built on relationships. The relationships began within our walls, among Inland employees, suppliers, and customers. Over the decades, they have flourished, becoming an extended network of strategic supply chain and customer relationships worldwide.
Three generations of Inland leaders have instilled in us a deep commitment to the communities in which we live.
Back in 2000, the Glendenning Family Foundation was formed as a way to share the success of the family business. Year after year the foundation has allocated funds throughout our communities to help improve the lives of area youth.
We have focused much of our support on United Way. Matching contributions from Inland are directed by United Way to local programs helping families and at-risk youth.

Poor communication and no room for advancement
I applied online. I interviewed at Inland (La Crosse, WI) in May 2013.
Pretty standard. But had to go through a physical fitness examination. And had to take a test for color vision. I also had to do some testing specific to the job I was applying for, but not sure if they do that anymore.
