Pros
Only positive part is here that there is one sensible guy working in the management and his name is Anirban. The CEO is a soft spoken person, but already busy in cleaning up loads of mess.
Cons
The CEO has no control on any department specially with finance. And the department the CEO controls has no relevant experience and they are just earning because of some other reasons. Sandip Saha is just a dictator. He is the reason someday this company would shut down. Has no sense how to talk with any employee. Treats everyone like his slave, talks bad languages and without any reason deducts the salary of any employee and he just puts it on his software system. He has no experience working anywhere other than this company. All the employees and either leaving or getting terminated or planning to leave because of him. Worst of the worst person in the management/decision maker role.
