      Can’t think of one honestly

      Cons

      Toxic work place, most people only stay there for less than a year before being fed up with it. No one in the mental health community in San Antonio respects this organization or the owner due to burning through so many employees who all report the same concerns.

      Some other clinicians and staff were supportive, many were not, just as owner was not.

      Owner toxic and unsupportive, does not support staff that has been loyal, undercuts certain employees & favors others.
