      Supportive colleagues overshadowed by toxic owner

      Pros

      Some other clinicians and staff were supportive, many were not, just as owner was not.

      Cons

      Owner toxic and unsupportive, does not support staff that has been loyal, undercuts certain employees & favors others.

      There’s absolutely nothing at all!

      Cons

      Unethical and company only cares about money and not actually treating clients. No pay raises or promotions, 40hrs is not guaranteed, favoritism, dirty environment, no support from some coworkers and management. Benefits are a joke. There’s no checks and balances and HR does not hold the house manager accountable for not adhering to policies and procedures. The harder you work the less appreciation you will receive. The ones that call in the most and work the least are shown the most support and appreciation.

      Pros

      Great experience on how to NOT run a company. You will gain great experience with ethical dilemmas and unethical behavior.

      Cons

      Very unethical practices. Leadership and management is unqualified, money hungry, and exploit staff and clients. If you put in your two weeks notice, expect to get fired immediately.
