Cons
- Upper Management (especially those are at VP or director levels) can be petty and clique style attitude. Allows other people to be rude and disrespectful to others when they feel like it. Even when you complain they do nothing or put you in a postition where you have to be subjected to the bias treatment. They keep people who know how to sweet talk and create a toxic environment over people who bring a positive vibe to the work place. - The CEO is a great person but has the the wrong people working underneath him. - No upward mobility for career growth - Projects change often with no clear direction. - Gosship environment and office politics/dramas. - Salary is not great at all.
