    Clinical Device Trainer Interview

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Inovio Biomedical (Plymouth Meeting, PA) in July 2017.

    Interview

The process was quick after application on their website. A week after applying, I received the first phone interview with someone in a similar job as a screener and then the following week the 2nd phone interview with the head of the Clinical Trainers. Everything went well and seemed like it would have progressed to an in person interview but as I was interviewing they had an offer out for another who ultimately accepted the job. I was essentially ghosted and put on hold to see if they would accept before they brought me in.

    Interview Questions

    • Questions were generic about your work experience and what you expect. Mainly focused on fit within the company and interpersonal skills. They gave you various scenarios and asked how you would deal with different types of people to see how you would respond in scenarios and deal with situations.   Answer Question

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Inovio Biomedical.

    Interview

First was a Skype interview where one person asked about oop concepts and a coding question. Next was an on-site interview with 3 people. Seemed disorganized and didn’t have any meaningful projects for interns. Told me I’d be doing different things from what the job description said. One of the interviewers questioned what were my professors teaching me even when he didn’t like one of my answers when it was clearly a correct one. Also told me I had to interview within a week of my skype interview even though I told them I had a lot of midterms that week because they wanted to choose an intern soon. Didn’t even get back to me for another month.
