Extremely toxic - Associate InstaMed Employee Review

The management at instamed is absolutely abhorrent. The COO is completely paranoid and has absolutely no idea what his employees even do. I think this is a great company but it could be even better if there was any strong leadership. Employees are given conflicting instructions and no goals. There is NO room to move and your skills will not be utilized to the fullest. I have heard COO and VP's speaking about employees in the hall and screaming to each other in their offices and just in general the lack of professionalism from upper management is ridiculous.
