Pros
Insurity has many dedicated and talent individuals facilitating their transformation to a product oriented company. They have been very supportive of employee challenges working from home during COVID and have embraced working remote.
Cons
Employees thrive and contribute more when they are supported by management. The lack of management support and follow through creates an environment where it is difficult, at times, to achieve and support the goals of the company. Opportunities and promotions can be heavily influenced by favoritism and not the best qualified.
