Pros

Very few. Used to have a lot, not anymore with remote work and merger

Cons

The finance department now has the worst women in leadership I’ve come across in my career. This department should be avoided at all costs. A shame given that department built an amazing team, all for the new Dallas CFO to come in during 2022 and demoralize a once happy and great group of peers. I was belittled, disrespected, and treated like a number that could easily be replaced. This behavior and leadership never would have be acceptable by the old CFO—someone who actually fought for the people under her. She also taught me to fight for myself, but in this new culture, if you do that you’ll get laughed out of a room. Sad to see women not supporting other women in business. Make no mistake, it acts like a boys club even though women run that department. Be cautious about working in this department for the sake of your mental health, and know the salary and position you come in with now won’t be adjusted in the future with the new CFO and VP in charge. This is not the Integer, or department, people used to speak fondly of.
