Pros
There's a lot of good people at Integrity who work hard and are fantastic co-workers. You will get to learn quickly as someone just starting out. Depending on who’s left though and their workload, the options for mentorship and help are probably limited. You may find yourself on your own (which isn’t bad if you’re able to self manage). Benefits such as medical, 401K match, free snacks and flexible working hours are a decent attempt to make up for being underpaid compared to other companies with similar benefits.
Cons
Integrity has a habit of claiming to be the best in all they do. However, this is a difficult status to attain considering that there is no consistency in reviewing the company’s path forward. Decisions tend to be made without the experts who should be available to provide feedback on feasibility. Then those experts will have to overwork to deliver, or be blamed for failure that they were setup for by someone else. Owners claim they want the help and expertise of employees with that skill set but do not follow through on such advice. On occasion they will even claim they know more about the services they haven’t practiced in some time. There is an uncomfortable amount of resentment and pettiness from the owners that happens below the surface should an employee decide they want to move on in their career. There also appears to be a pattern of rewriting history once someone is gone - or even while the person still works there. This only contributes to the toxicity and mistrust amongst employees who’ve been around long enough to notice this pattern, filling them with dread should they decide to move on in their careers.
