In my 14 years of experience I've worked at many companies and Integrity stands out. It’s a place where I truly love what I do and who I work with. I feel lucky to work with such a talented group of people. Everyone is extremely collaborative and we genuinely enjoy each other’s company. I have had the opportunity to work on many different projects and enjoy the variety of work. They're big on work-life balance with flex hours and unlimited PTO. Holacracy works for me, but it's not for everyone. You've gotta be self-motivated and good at managing your time. It’s important to be loud and ask lots of questions. No one is micro-managing you and there is no hand-holding - they trust you to get the job done and I really appreciate that. Ed and John are awesome leaders who foster a culture of respect and appreciation. They are kind and genuine, and always push us to do our best. Their unwavering dedication to quality, no-nonsense attitudes, and genuine care for their employees have created an incredible team. Integrity is a place where you feel valued and supported, and that makes it easy for me to give my best. I love what I do and who I do it with. It's a great place to be!
Cons
It's a fast-paced agency, so expect some busy times. But they're great at balancing the workload to keep things manageable.
