Everyone works together to achieve monumental goals. A lot of intelligent people who are committed to the organization. Overall, great people and culture, rewarding work, a lot of passion, and both cross departmental and lateral growth opportunities are available to you. I genuinely love coming to work and seeing my colleagues everyday. ++ great location and amazing benefits (especially if you have a family).
Cons
Always changing. This is a good thing for most people but can create uncertainty at times. If you don’t work well in a constantly changing environment then this isn’t the place for you.
