Restructuring and layoffs every year...Unplanned decisions even restructuring teams back to original way of reporting resulting in frequent firing and layoffs...Toxic middle level managers and highly political environment..be ready to have escalations on minor issues...instead of working together teams shift blames on each other ..You have to watch your back constantly...E.g Thrown in projects without any knowledge transfer and expected to excel from day one else will be escalated...Personal ego of Middle Managers takes precedence over Talent and Results..

Pros

Great work environment - lots of helpful people especially ones who have been there for several years - they go out of their way to make you feel welcome and part of the team. Amazing brand - Canadian to the core. Room for growth if you do your job and roll up your sleeves.

Cons

Too many imports from 2Keys with little skills, and too much hiring over the last 3 years for roles that were not needed.
