Pros

From the very first outreach by Rae Ratna (Talent Acquisition Business Partner) to onboarding and into my first few weeks, my experience with Interac has been outstanding. Rae initially contacted me about a role quite some time ago. Even though that opportunity—and the next—didn’t pan out, she remained transparent and kept me in mind as new roles emerged. What stood out was Rae’s clarity, effectiveness, and persistence in communication. She even took the time to explain how she thinks, which gave me confidence in the process. She remembered the details of our conversations and applied them thoughtfully to future opportunities. When the right role came along, Rae offered advice that was, frankly, clutch. Her guidance helped me prepare effectively for the interview process and land the position. This experience was a stark contrast to many others I’ve had. Rae followed up after onboarding to check in and offer support, even though onboarding itself was smooth and well-organized. My early days with the team (and even external vendors) have been marked by warmth, support, and open communication. Rae set the tone, and it’s clear that tone carries through the organization.

Cons

None that I’ve encountered. Everything was timely, smooth, and well-communicated. Even the minor hiccups were handled with insight and ease, which are hallmarks of a team that already knows what it’s doing.

Pros

Brand Name/Events / Benefits Plan

Cons

Restructuring and layoffs every year...Unplanned decisions even restructuring teams back to original way of reporting resulting in frequent firing and layoffs...Toxic middle level managers and highly political environment..be ready to have escalations on minor issues...instead of working together teams shift blames on each other ..You have to watch your back constantly...E.g Thrown in projects without any knowledge transfer and expected to excel from day one else will be escalated...Personal ego of Middle Managers takes precedence over Talent and Results..
