Pros

OK pay, depending on how much you are willing to fight for raises Lots of parties if you like that kind of thing Option to work from home if nec. depending on your role

Cons

improper staffing high burnout few people who actually get work done, working for tons of bosses who come up with cool ideas but have no interest in being part of execution

Pros

-Fun, smart people -Big name clients and (some) interesting projects -Decent work-life balance (but this is not true for everyone/ every role)

Cons

-Lots of change and many rounds of layoffs in the last year+ -Many big-egoed senior leaders who are difficult to work with and do not care about team's development -Projects can become very rinse and repeat; ultimately most clients have the same fundamental brand problems -Recent austerity measures due to IPG acquisition + internal politics = VERY slow to promote people -Once you reach a certain level, your growth maxes out unless you are buddies with the CEO and able to get into a global leadership position -Mandated 3 days/week in-office for ALL employees regardless of role, situation, or location
