Sales - Sales Interstate Chemical Employee Review

Interstate Chemical in Lakeland owned by Allan Nye is NOT a good company to work for. There is another Interstate Chemical not the same. Hostile work environment, fear-based leader that micromanages everything. Business is doomed they repeat the same problems over and over with no resolutions. Owner tries to do everything which causes nothing to get done he doesn’t trust anyone and the staff are fearful to speak up for fear of retaliation. I highly encourage anyone looking at this review to find another company don’t waste your time.
