1) Strict HR Policies. 2) Job stability is 0%. They can throw you anytime out of the company. 3) Promotions are rare. I had 4 years of experience and they gave me Jr. position. 4) Management is pathetic. Always tries to harras employees by means of policies. 5) No social activities. 6) Work life balance is 0.. You have to come to office on time and departure time is not confirmed. I was sitting 11 hours there 4 times in a week. 7) 1 year bond. 8) Less salary
