      expected to work very long hours- company morale is horrible - employee turn around is constant. most employees are looking for another job. Very poor place to work.

      good ideas but implementation is the biggest issue- the drive to suceed is there but the follow through is not.

      Cons

      false promises- unprofessional sales team- employee retention not evident as well as client retention. The seniors hire Americans and then hide behind them! there is no ownership to bad service and poor product!
