Pros
Great teamwork environment and management actual cares about your personal and professional development. I’ve worked at a lot of customer service jobs and Intralox is the only place I’ve felt fully supported during my onboarding and my continued development.
Cons
There is a lot to learn during the onboarding process but they set you up with an extensive training program so you are best prepared. Plus you always have teammates and resources that are more than happy to help.
