Pros
Extremely Supportive Environment, the management style and structure is extremely liberating and engaging. The general culture if by far the best i have ever experience and truly is turning out to be a dream job
Cons
Honestly there isn't much i can say here. Like any organisation it has its day to day gremlins but the culture and mindset of the business helps rally people to tackle things as and if they do crop up.
