      Pros

      The company gives exposure to employees on various roles. The training process is excellent. The job is challenging and good performers get noticed and the best performance is rewarded. Employee gets freedom to experiment and delegation of power. Most seniors are quite objective and do not have false EGO. Overall the marketing strategies by the teams were successfully implemented!

      Cons

      Change Management needed, Not any other thing i felt bad with the company.
