      Focus on serving customers. Highly ethical. Still has remnants of past great culture.

      Cons

      Very little internal funding of research. Focus on releasing early products left a ton of tech debt that has never been dealt with properly. Early culture of a flat org structure led to disfunctional leadership over time.
