Pros
1. Good clients specifically in Investment Banking and Financial domain. 2. Work life balance is good. 3. Good policies introduced to help employees to deal with work in post COVID era. 4. Even after being a mid-sized IT organization, Salary is comparable with big brands. 5. Being a growing organization may offer good career opportunities for long term employees.
Cons
Just one, being a Service Based organization the functional resources actually managing client side projects i.e. 'Project Managers' do not get lime-light with Senior Management, due to which they sometimes lag behind their 'People Manager' counterparts.
