Cons
Previous management lead everything into the ground and ran off with the money. Stock options are worth nothing and the majority of the company was furloughed for 2 months from 9/23 to 11/23. Now emerging from Chapter 11 as a private entity, the company is on a timer as it's AWS infrastructure will rapidly burn through their remaining funds. You'll see updates from the company but those are just higher up managers that are riding the job out until they retire or IronNet falls in the hole again. Sales isn't pushing or meeting any quotas and they are banking on everything for newer customers to renew at a higher rate since all their core customers have left and filed legal litigation against the company. The product sucks and doesn't actually detect cyber risk signatures (which is easily remedied by pumping in fake data). No company culture or HR department exist for that matter. Thank me later when you eventually see the company is out of business.
