“Yo, so I’ve worked at Issuer Direct for a minute..” lol, very obviously written by upper management to fool people into thinking this company is worth your time.
I don’t even know where to start honestly. It’s actually astonishing the lack of communication this place has for a company that labels themselves as a communications company. This was the most mismanaged, unorganized, stressful job I’ve ever had with constant threats of losing your job if you didn’t deliver (with literally zero help or direction from the lackluster upper management team). We were told daily that we’re failing as a company, yet they would take away support teams, dump more responsibility onto the sales reps, and complain when we couldn’t juggle it all. Not to mention they would completely ignore the spiffs for the reps who hit them.
