      The pro may have to go union

      Cons

      The drivers have finally had enough especially in the Chicago & Kansas locations. Low pay and long hours. Changing fleet managers have not made any differences since the problems are from the Operations managers and most definitely the Vice Presidents of those areas. I'm glad a union can finally get in there and make it fair again.

      Pros

      - Hybrid working agreement - since RTO was initiated in 2024 post-COVID (4 years lock down full WFH) return to office for 3 days a week. Flexible if ill, etc. - work-life balance improved, most teams are on anytime cycles (previous reviews I seen here show negatively Fridays only, not the case in 80% of cases)

      Cons

      - RTO enforced, it put a cloud over heads - Sudden Reorgs are not ideal, especially without good reason (just told it is good opportunity)

      Pros

      No micro managing and consistent work

      Cons

      Obvious trucks (international and freightliner) the worst! Slow trucks governed at the pedal 62 mph and cruise control 65mph , driver facing cameras. And while every other company gave raises or boosted their pay structure because of war and inflation, Jbhunt choose not to give raises at all
