      Pros

      Very good dispatch and fleet manager otr really care about driver safety. Very well cared for trucks. Great pay great healthcare. Great opportunity to show the transportation industry who's the safe's in the business.

      Cons

      The people net GPS was wrong on address to six of my shippers and both con's. Need more fuel stops like all major truck stop from TA piolt loves petrol.

      Pros

      - Hybrid working agreement - since RTO was initiated in 2024 post-COVID (4 years lock down full WFH) return to office for 3 days a week. Flexible if ill, etc. - work-life balance improved, most teams are on anytime cycles (previous reviews I seen here show negatively Fridays only, not the case in 80% of cases)

      Cons

      - RTO enforced, it put a cloud over heads - Sudden Reorgs are not ideal, especially without good reason (just told it is good opportunity)

      Pros

      Family oriented workplace. Great benefits. Great work life balance.

      Cons

      Slow evolution in the cybersecurity workplace. Slow raises. Not much room to advance unless in the software engineer or programming route.
