      JF Ahern has gone from a great company to work for to one of the worse. They expect more and more to done without compensation. Their attitude has gone from a team atmosphere to if you don't do the job we will get rid of you no questions asked.

      Great company culture with excellent managment and a true care for its employees.

      Cons

      Not much of anything, the only con would be our legal team is very stringent but that also just means that they are making sure Ahern and yourself is protected.
