Pros

Fairly flexible work times, on site cafeteria, fitness center, and health clinic, friendly atmosphere, fairly modern facilities.

Cons

As an intern, my job was to essentially call companies that may of may not have bought products from us before and pitch them a new product. So, cold calling. Even though the products JJK sells are useful and helpful, they're shoved down their customers throats until they buy. Every few months you're called and offered them, regardless of how often you said no. I had to beg receptionists over the phone for their staff's personal cell numbers. Companies i had to call were ones that screamed obscenities at previous reps, to ones that had gone bankrupt, to ones that threatened to sue us if we ever called again. JJK didn't care, all these leads would be regurgitated and used again in a couple months. From what i observed, turnover was very high in the sales department, equally from employees quitting and from them getting fired for not making sales quotas. A couple months of bad sales numbers and you were fired. I quit before they could fire me.

Pros

Remote work, schedule was predictable

Cons

There were so many. From micromanagement, dead leads (I called a few people who hadn't made a purchase from JJK since before I was born. I'm serious), and overall just a soul sucking environment. I did the "academy" process and even within those three months I was so burnt out that I left after only 6 months with the company. Leadership seemed to show favoritism, and a few of the trainees I was working with were let go for "performance" despite hitting metrics. They would also expect you to hit a certain number of dials per hour, while also having conversation length times that made hitting both impossible. It's basically impossible to dial 80 people an hour and also have several 45 minute phone calls in a single day.
