      1.Good employee friendly policies 2. Flexible work timings and pickup and drop facility

      Worked in India Finance function Mumbai: 1. Weak management and Finance Heads 2. Too much importance to blindly following processes rather using relevant process 3. Employees trained to work as per Whims and fancies of an individual and not as a team, and they get appreciation for such behaviour too 4. Ad hoc changes in job profile and did not get the profile promised during interview.Matters esp. if you are a qualified professional

      Pros

      People. Culture. Client relationships. JLT Re is a place for really good, talented people who want to develop strong internal and external relationships. JLT Re also encourages thinking outside the box and is looking for new ideas and ways of doing things.

      Cons

      Flat organization. Low salary bumps for non-producers currently. Internal politics. Your salary is largely dependent on your experience and your manager’s ability to fight for you to get what you deserve up the chain.
