      An Appeal to UK management to depute good leader at their leading SSC in Mumbai. At present the team of inexperienced jokers is placed ,which is absolutely lacking the core business knowledge....At present the business in Mumbai is running only due to strong foundation laid by the earlier CEOs. The current CEO is misfit in the structure, led by others instead of leading others. I was part of the SMT meets and found horrifying discussions around which is far away from reality...

      People. Culture. Client relationships. JLT Re is a place for really good, talented people who want to develop strong internal and external relationships. JLT Re also encourages thinking outside the box and is looking for new ideas and ways of doing things.

      Cons

      Flat organization. Low salary bumps for non-producers currently. Internal politics. Your salary is largely dependent on your experience and your manager’s ability to fight for you to get what you deserve up the chain.
