Flexible work timings and supportive management and team members...

There is no proper growth and lack of knowledge from seniors who doest have any idea on the product knowledge and they promoted to next level. If they are in good terms with seniors. Company has been withdrawn from acquisitions with marsh and they have been independent which makes insecure to employees who r working presently now. There has been layoff in India in employee benefits which made many people to worry on the job.

People. Culture. Client relationships. JLT Re is a place for really good, talented people who want to develop strong internal and external relationships. JLT Re also encourages thinking outside the box and is looking for new ideas and ways of doing things.

Cons

Flat organization. Low salary bumps for non-producers currently. Internal politics. Your salary is largely dependent on your experience and your manager’s ability to fight for you to get what you deserve up the chain.
