      Pros

      I work in an IT department. So consider this review for IT related jobs only and not for operations. -Work culture and benefits -Salary and Appraisals are much better compared to other Indian companies and MNCs -Employee engagement activities -Very good pay master - Nice Management -You can directly go and talk to the director or a VP for any concerns and suggestions.

      Cons

      -Stringent leave policy -No work from home facility. -No nodal pickup and drop facility for employees working on non UK timings. -No leave encashment. -No long term onsite

      Pros

      People. Culture. Client relationships. JLT Re is a place for really good, talented people who want to develop strong internal and external relationships. JLT Re also encourages thinking outside the box and is looking for new ideas and ways of doing things.

      Cons

      Flat organization. Low salary bumps for non-producers currently. Internal politics. Your salary is largely dependent on your experience and your manager’s ability to fight for you to get what you deserve up the chain.
