Pros

-We have a customer base that loves our product and sees the tremendous value we add to their wholesale process -Ability to foster strong relationships with clients and improve your own client services skills -A very entrepreneurial vibe but support from a big office in US -If you love data and want to build upon your analytical skills; there are lots of opportunity to work with big data sets and apply SQL, Python, and other languages to data.

Cons

-JOOR is a very fast paced environment -Have to have a core set of analytical skills before joining (excel, SQL)

I couldn't agree more! We recently had a speaker as part of our JOOR speaker series who spoke about empathy. We are built on reducing pain for our clients and making lives better. We want to work with people who are focused on empathy and build strong partnerships with our clients.

Pros

I am very appreciative of my time at JOOR. Working at JOOR over the course of the last 4 years has been a really rewarding experience. Leadership is approachable and open to feedback, and they’ve created an environment where people feel valued. I’ve had plenty of opportunities to grow professionally, whether through mentorship, new responsibilities, or just being encouraged to bring ideas to the table. The company also does a great job of maintaining work-life balance. Thanks again for 4 amazing years.

Cons

No place is perfect, but most of the challenges here are normal growing pains or things leadership is actively working to improve.
