I'm sorry to hear that you experienced an unmanageable workload at JOOR. While fast-growing technology companies always have a lot going on (which is a good thing!), we are prioritizing mental health at JOOR. The HR team is focusing on wellness initiatives (including clearer guidance on work/life balance) as well as increased encouragement on setting boundaries between work and personal life (which is such a struggle during wfh and the pandemic).

      Pros

      I am very appreciative of my time at JOOR. Working at JOOR over the course of the last 4 years has been a really rewarding experience. Leadership is approachable and open to feedback, and they’ve created an environment where people feel valued. I’ve had plenty of opportunities to grow professionally, whether through mentorship, new responsibilities, or just being encouraged to bring ideas to the table. The company also does a great job of maintaining work-life balance. Thanks again for 4 amazing years.

      Cons

      No place is perfect, but most of the challenges here are normal growing pains or things leadership is actively working to improve.
