      - Relevant Tech - Lots of opportunity to learn if you want to - WLB is good (not sure for everyone) - People are great - Pay is fair but could be better

      - Major lack of eng managers - Lots of changes internally so things kind of a mess - lack of communication throughout the company

      Pros

      I am very appreciative of my time at JOOR. Working at JOOR over the course of the last 4 years has been a really rewarding experience. Leadership is approachable and open to feedback, and they’ve created an environment where people feel valued. I’ve had plenty of opportunities to grow professionally, whether through mentorship, new responsibilities, or just being encouraged to bring ideas to the table. The company also does a great job of maintaining work-life balance. Thanks again for 4 amazing years.

      Cons

      No place is perfect, but most of the challenges here are normal growing pains or things leadership is actively working to improve.
