Pros

Got to work from home for an honest company. The employee discount on their products was fantastic.

Cons

Often scheduled for both Friday and Saturday nights. Periodically received harassing phone calls and texts when they were hurting for people to log-in and work. You are required to attempt an upsale on each phone call, which you are given a small commision on. Sometimes they had decent products to offer that made it easy and successful, but often the upsell options were pathetic.

People are able to comiserate

Cons

There is a lot of conflicting info from upper management. We aren't actually told what is going on, and the target for success moves. People aren't given the tools they need to succeed, and everyone is pretty miserable. The pay is also unliveable
