      Pros

      It is impressive how the company adapted to Covid19 by developing a solid culture to keep its growth pace while having a 100% distributed team. A lot of companies would dream of having that.

      -Flexible -Great clients. -Learning and Development budget for you to buy books or courses online. -Local holidays. -Paid vacation.

      -Compensation is not great, and there’s no room for it to increase over time either.

      Really flexible schedule overall. Good environment

      Cons

      Really depends on if the client/project sucks. In my experience the project was one of the worst software projects I've seen in my life. Also, if you get into an issue with the customer there's no clear way for you to handle it (in terms of who to call or dispute).
