I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Jobsity in Feb 2023
1 - Interview with a recruiter. In the beginning, the interviewer asked what I know about the company so far, and explained all the steps of the selection process. Then I was asked about some career situations. In the end, she requested me to say what technologies I master. 2 - Technical test: It was a 2 hours challenge on a platform like hackerhank, about the technology I'm applying for. A little bit difficult test. 3 - Take home project: They gave me 3 days to deliver an app with a huge amount of features and specifications. 4 - Feedback: If you pass all the 3 previous steps, they schedule a meeting with you to discuss your performance in the interview process. The HR guy was honest with me saying that it's a difficult time to get a job position for me, but they would be in touch if they find a fit in one client. After this, he sent a Pre-Offer, with salary and benefits that I accept. But this offer will only be concrete once I start working on one of Jobisty's clients. In general, I feel disappointed to have passed all the steps but have to wait for a client (that can be never found), but in the end, it was a really nice process and I learned a lot.
- Why are you leaving your current job? A situation where you felt proud of:

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Jobsity
It started with a cool call from HR, he describes the company-related information and the process, then he gave me a space to introduce myself and talk about my experience. Then continuing with a technical challenge and after passing it there was interview feedback with a people partner, she told me the next steps and some other related information about the internal working process, it was really awesome. Finally, there was an interview with the client which will be assigned to. Overall, it was a perfect process, and awesome people partners made it even better. I liked it so much.
- QA Related Questions (Test Design Techniques, Process, role of QA in the teams). Live Coding Challenges (Problem-Solving). Test Automation Questions. Test Management Tools.

First conversation was with HR, then they asked me to prepare a "Jobsity Challenge" which was a GTM plan. I did that then spoke with the CEO and another VP Sales from another division. Then they just ghosted me, totally unprofessional people but they come off as being the shop around. Be prepared to be treated poorly.
