Pros

Prestigious history and reputation; good compensation; broadly based in health care; history of good leadership development (although this needs to be rebuilt); company practices philanthropy and gives back to the community. Excels at marketing, sales, and communications.

Cons

Current management has departed significantly from the Credo tradition especially in its treatment of employees; morale is suffering; performance is deteriorating especially in the pharmaceutical sector. Human Resources is in disarray. Lack of internal research and development capability; company tends to focus on acquisition rather than strategic partnership. A Darwinian approach to employees and career development is leading to a loss of key talent.

Pros

Great benefits and pto days off

Cons

Management has no idea how to run this program. They send of directives and only some people follow the rules. They're constantly having Wfm write you up for something. They ask for unrealistic expectations and when you can't comply you get written up for that as well. You can't even go to the restroom without being off the and having your score affected. Callas are back to back and other teams don't do you job so you are just lying to patients. They force you to work mandatory Ot and can't get a day off to use the time you are given but will take it away if you don't use it within a specific time frame. Top management has no idea what the trenches actually do. Run don't walk. They force you in a job you don't want and make you stay there for 18 months. Jnj is a great company but their service center is a nightmare. Join at your own risk
