Prestigious company, lots of action, opportunities to grow and learn. There is always something happening. Rewards are available to those who earn them. Opportunities for growth and advancement abound. Matrixed organization encourages open discussion and thinking. A good idea can come from anywhere.
Cons
Only the strong survive... The last man standing reaps the benefits. Work life balance is very poor. Theis company has little structure and support. The matrixed organization makes it virtually impossible to execute projects and move the business forward. Everyone gets a vote but only some count.
