Pros
A lot of the negative reviews of Julep are being left by parlor employees, who don't interact with management and are really reviewing their parlor managers. This is a great, thoughtful culture that is open to trying new things. If you've ever worked anywhere else, you'll appreciate how special Julep is.
Cons
The pace is fast, and I think the parlors and customer service office (separate from the main office) don't have the same camaraderie and don't have the same access to senior management (who sit in rows with us).
