      Smart people - state of the art tech - all resources available to be successful

      Cons

      more politics than you would expect for such a small firm. Firm wants people to be collaborative but the structure and compensation model destroys team based approach over time.

      Great amenities onsite, close to transit.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment consisting of unprofessional behavior of talking badly about current and former employees by management. Historically, this company drops people left and right regardless of the amount of time they have been there.
