Pros
Great work culture, the opportunity to do meaningful work, a decent work/life balance, and awesome people working for the org. The benefits are pretty great too. Two paid weeks off over the holidays and an additional week off over the summer are given upfront. Personal PTO can also be taken separately, and they are generous with that time too.
Cons
The salaries are too low unless you're C Suite. It's hard to move up in the org.
