      family atmosphere, opportunity for those deserving, global footprint with great opportunity to go work in different places without leaving the Company, competitive pay & benefits, managers are held accountable, Company has open door policy, new employees who perform are afforded good opportunity for good positions

      Cons

      like many large companies it is too bureaucratic sometimes, not the highest paying company but competitive

      Pros

      401k match up to 6%. Management is good. End of the year pay raises are usually above average inflation percentages.

      Cons

      Low salary for the work. Benefits overall are average. They are slowly doing away with hybrid work.
