      1. Executive leadership doesn’t have vision. 2. CFO and to be CFO are friends. Hired based on relationship rather than Talent. 3. CEO and STS president have some relationship from past companies and they protect each other. 4. Hire and fire company 5. Houston centric despite global 6. They have no clue if they want to be in EPC or not 7. Does body shopping. 8. Poor learning and development 9. HR and legal just are executive management tools and don’t operate independently

      401k match up to 6%. Management is good. End of the year pay raises are usually above average inflation percentages.

      Cons

      Low salary for the work. Benefits overall are average. They are slowly doing away with hybrid work.
