Pros
Professional, safety oriented company. Everyone takes their job seriously. But they are not uptight and stuffy. My manager always listened and took any issues seriously, and responded in a positive way.
Cons
Benefits could be better. Only 6 paid holidays. And at times, we would be forced to take paid time off to cover holidays where we were unable to work on job sites due to state restrictions.
